I don't think it's about the people as much as a certain sense of attachment that I might not have in me anymore... Anyway I need to get over my fear of making/showing things I'm not comfortable with (comics and pretty much anything remotely serious) if I ever want to do... what I want to do... so woohoo.

I have that fear as well. But then, those are the subjects that usually come across as the most relate-able and interesting, just like this one.

I do this, too. I specifically have wonderful, nice dreams about relationships where, in reality, there's still a lot of hurt, angry feelings. It's like my brain wants to "fix" these things for me.

I'm gonna assume it's an all too human compulsion.

Hey, I got here from rocketshipz's post on reddit.com. This is a lovely little comic! I like your idea of showing things that aren't really comfortable. That's pretty brave. I like your style a lot. The use of color is great. I hope you make more of these, no matter what the topic is.
